Our services

Deal Desk provides disposition services for real estate investors and wholesalers: we review deals you submit and, where we agree to proceed, market them to prospective buyers and help coordinate offers and closing. Deal Desk is operated by Investor Properties Inc.

Your submissions

• You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You confirm that you have the legal right to market the property or contract you submit, including any right to assign the contract where applicable.
• Submitting a deal does not create an obligation for either party. Any engagement, including fees and compensation, will be set out in a separate written agreement.

No guarantee; no professional advice

We do not guarantee that any deal will sell, sell at a particular price, or close by a particular date. Information on this site is provided for general purposes and is not legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult your own professionals before entering into any transaction.

SMS / text messaging terms

You can opt in to receive text messages from Investor Properties Inc (Deal Desk) by providing your mobile phone number during a conversation with the chat widget on our website.
